5. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on processing stage. Charges paid to authorities, courier vendors, or external agencies are generally non-refundable once initiated. If a cancellation request is accepted before processing starts, eligible refunds (if any) are issued after applicable deductions.

6. Timelines and Service Availability

Any estimated turnaround time is indicative only. Delays may occur due to public holidays, embassy schedules, government workflow changes, verification holds, or force majeure events.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 99Attestation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from authority rejection, delay, policy changes, or third-party operational issues. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid directly to us for the disputed service.
